Raymond Joseph Schuster

December 13, 1919 - March 12, 2010

Age 90 Years of St. Paul, Minnesota. Lost his battle to Lymphoma after 2 years. Graduate of Cretin High School - 1937. Served in US Army during WWII with the Signal Corps, attached to the 78th Infantry Division, serving in the European Theater '1943-1945'. Married Mary Louise Lynch on May 25, 1946, she preceded him in death on May 30, 2009. Together they raised 3 children, Gregory, Mark & Dorothy (Dotti).
Graduate for U of M Engineering & Business in 1952. He held Engineering positions at Honeywell, Magnavox and Control Data over a 35 year career. Lifetime Member of American Legion. After Official Retirement in 1984 he worked at Onan, Gourmet Award Foods & FCI until 2008.
He is survived by his children Gregory (Susan), Mark (Diane) and Dotti.
12 Grandchildren & 7 Great Grandchildren and extended family.

Funeral Information

Requiem Mass 11 AM Wednesday, March 17, 2010 at IMMACULATE HEART OF MARY CHAPEL-SSPX, 875 Manomin Avenue @ Annapolis Street in St. Paul. Visitation from 4 to 8 PM Tuesday with Rosary Service 7 PM all at WEST FUNERAL HOME, 1051 South Robert Street @ Arion in West St. Paul. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
