Beloved Father, Grandfather and Great-Grandfather

Age 91, long-time resident of South St. Paul, MN.

Passed away peacefully at United Hospital, February 2, 2010, surrounded by loving family.

Preceded in death by parents, James & Bessy Spicka; brother, George; sister, Rose Kupfer; wife of 25 years, Harriet Perseke; and loving partner of 47 years, Albertine Franzmeier.

Frank is survived by children, Anne (Gary) Nickey, Frank J. (Andrea), Suzan Drill, Tina (Bill) Lehmann and Bill; grandchildren, Henry, Dennis, Abby, Bobbie, Aaron, Paul, Allison and John; great-grandchildren, Paige, D.J., Jake, Patrick, Jordan, Aidan, Cora, Addison, and Ethan.

Frank loved fishing, gardening, bird watching and sunset pontoon cruises.

Special appreciation to Dr. Gerald Barnes and the caring staff at the Maplewood Care Center.

Funeral Information

Funeral Service 12 Noon Saturday, February 6, 2010 at SOUTHERN FUNERAL HOME, 414 Marie Avenue in South St. Paul with a visitation 2 hours prior to the Service at the funeral home. Interment Riverview Cemetery in St. Paul.
